why gingerbread christmas trees

coz i couldnt find a man cookie cutter, why? coz i left things till last minute

thanks to diana, the floor manager from jones the grocer who gave me the idea of making gingerbread man

to wayne sim, who drove me to cold storage at 1030pm on the eve of christmas eve.

1230am: making the dough and cutting them up

130am: baking them at 180 degrees…

330am:cutting up material for the cookie bags

430am: personalising the bags with initials

530am: bagging and finishing touches
